How do I determine my correct boot size?

Redback boots are listed in AU/UK sizing. Generally, for men, this is one full size smaller than your US size. For women, it is three sizes smaller. We recommend consulting our detailed size guide before purchasing.

What is your return policy for footwear?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your boots on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles, as damaged items cannot be accepted for a refund.

How long does shipping typically take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Are Redback boots waterproof?

While our premium leather is naturally water-resistant, the boots are not 100% waterproof. For maximum protection in wet conditions, we recommend treating your boots with our specialized waterproofing wax or spray.

Can I resolve a manufacturing defect under warranty?

Yes, all our footwear comes with a 6-month manufacturer warranty against structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care of the leather.
