Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Redback Boots; if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots back in their original Redback shoe box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to protect the packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
